small black roller that holds belt came off during routine cleaning ( right side of machine ) as I was taking belt off, trying to put it back on it broke, is it possible to get another?

Yup it has happened before, might help to take a quick pic of it for the support staff when they come and reply to this message and they can work at getting one sent out
