I lost the snap and store box design that Glowforge gives you, any chance anyone can send it to me?

You should be able to access it in the Catalog; that’s the only way to get it.

Ahh, I initially read “lost” as “love.” Not enough caffeine in my system yet. If you accidentally deleted it, open the design in your UI, delete anything that’s in there, then close the design. Then open it again and reset it (click on the three little dots at upper right). That should bring it back.
