And on your account directly? Because the email is not very useful, it is a link to your account where there is the damned date… on the top right, you login,you click on your email adress on the same top right.

you can find there your purchase history and on “general”, they put the Estimated Shipping Notification Date.

I received my email Friday (yesterday) and my date is Jan 1. I think they are sending them one at a time (so it would seem) instead of batch email. I would estimate next week for sure. However, the IT guy in me says, “make sure the glowforge email domain is in your safe senders”.
