My new Glowforge Plus has less than two hours run time on it and a track wheel broke. It appears that I did not do enough homework on support for this machine. Has been a week of emails back and forth on an obvious fix, and still waiting for a new wheel to ship.
Is it not obvious that I was running the machine so I have work to complete.
Can someone help me with an outside source for this wheel? It has to be a common part used on other equipment. Have asked support how I can buy spare parts and they don’t seem to know.
