I’ve been carrying around my Square Reader in my purse, but I worried about it getting all gunked up or the wire broken. I’m pleased with how it turned out. I did two others that were just open on one end, but the first one was too narrow, and although I could squeeze the Square in it, it was hard to get back out. So I made a second one in the same style that was wider, but decided I just didn’t like it enough. So I made this one. I still need to get a piece of craft foam to put it in, but this seems to work for now. I didn’t get fancy sewing it, just used kitchen twine. But since it’s not getting excessive abuse (except for being in my purse, which also doesn’t get much use since I usually stay home!), I’m not worried about it coming undone. And it was my first time using my leather snaps. Fun!
