So I used speed of 380, full power, 225 LPI, 2 passes, .5 focus height, crumb tray removed.
It’s not bad but not perfect. Any suggestions on better settings? I know the image is crooked on it too.

I think it looks pretty good. Did you put something under the flask to elevate it to the .5" focus height? I am not sure two passes is necessary. There are lots of examples of flasks, and I don’t think anyone else did two passes. Seems like most had higher speed and lpi than you settings.
