The only thing that happens now is that the head is shaking for a few seconds at a time. Still stuck and can’t print.

Have you ever gotten anything to work in the past few days?
nope - nothing. Just stuck on calibration. I just emailed support with the video of the shaking, so we’ll see what happens.
