Yes, I have.
I replaced the black strip.
Pushed the strip clip back in. It worked for 10 minutes. Just long enough to finish a project.
Now it will turn on, but it will not do anything else
Ah… sounds like a bad connection then - which could be a bad connector.
Support will likely ask for clear pics of the connectors where the cable is inserted.
