Hi all.
As many others have mentioned, we are also facing the dreaded stuck in centering/homing/focusing phase.
Received a reply from glowforge to turn off the machine for 30 seconds and reboot. Needless to say we have tried that among all of the other troubleshooting tricks, cleaning, etc.
Anyone that has had to send their glowforge in know anything about what’s happening and how long it’s taking to get resolved?!
