Haven’t used my glowforge in months, tried using it yesterday (and today). Seems it always get stuck on focusing, scanning, centering. I get no movement from machine and have cleaned everything. All I can do right now is to
Stuck on focusing is usually WiFi - but camera didn’t take a picture can also be the cable that runs to the camera and to the head. With the machine off check that the white cable is firmly seated in the head - and see if you can see anything loose/angled on the black cable.
