Stuck on Lid Open today

Was in the middle of a multi object print and my Glowforge Pro started showing Lid Open. I’ve read multiple articles here and have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps and have submitted a ticket to support at this time.

Wondering if this is a common issue and how easy it is to solve with whatever replacement parts I’ve seen mentioned? Also how long does it normally take to receive the replacement parts? I realize today is a holiday so I’m not getting my hopes up that I’ll receive any information from the GF team today.

It might be a common problem with the one of the lid cables, but finding it for us is a process of elimination, whereas the support team can usually tell by observing the data from your machine logs.

(Not to worry…It’s a simple fix, if that’s what’s causing it.)

Bottom line, you’ll likely need to wait to hear from them if you have already submitted a ticket to Support by email. They are the only ones who can tell for sure.
