Stuck on scanning all morning :(

I was last able to cut last night successfully. I go to try and cut this morning and its stuck on scanning mode. I’ve read multiple forums and nothing. I’ve tried just about everything.

  • I have turned the machine off and on at least 15 times
    *Calibrates just fine
  • I cleaned the lens.
  • Positioned the carriage under the camera

It’s a bit discouraging. I’ve only had the machine for about a month.

Most frequent cause is spotty wifi, so definitely don’t skip the hotspot test. :slight_smile:
