Stuck on scanning, and centering

Looking to just make this support ticket. My GF is stuck on centering and scanning. I’ve done everything previously listed. Checked cables, ribbon cables, cleaned lenses, moved the head, left it open, left it on, left it off, reset wifi, held the button when turning on and the light turned purple and turned off, threw chicken bones all over the ground and chanted to the ancient spirits. No luck with anything.

Request support assistance or any other help somebody else can offer.

Please close this ticket. I just took a leap and changed out the ribbon cable. That fixed it. The GF is back to working again.

How did you change out the cable? How did you have one on hand? Or did you just reset it?

I swapped it out. I ordered one just in case this occurred. Better to be prepared than left high and dry.
