So from what I am reading being stuck on “scanning/centering/homing” is a common problem for the Glowforge at a certain point. Spoke with customer support and I am waiting on an invoice to pay for the lid cable part.
Questions- For those that had this problem did that fix it? How long did it take you to receive your invoice? How long did it take to get the part?
I use this machine for my business as I know many of you do and I don’t want to take new orders when it will be weeks before I get the part…if only it wasn’t the holiday season.
