We used our machine last night without any issue, and when we go to work this morning it won’t load. We have turned it off and on, cleaned it, taken crumb tray out, all the usual things suggested and its still scanning.
I am having the same issues - tried the troubleshooting steps (reboot, clean camera, reconnect wi-fi) and the Glowforge (Glowforge Plus) is stuck on “Centering” or “Scanning”, and the head will not move. Based on the number of new topics on this in the forums, I’d hazard a guess that this is related to the updates that were pushed last night. Problems encountered starting 1300 EDT on 29 Sept (not powered on before then.)
