Newbie first print tried to make 12 piece jigsaw with photo but got stuck on ‘Scanning’ which just whirls forever. Just loaded another, the smaller free 2 inch measure with holes in it and same result . . . ‘scanning’ . WiFi connected to UK Virgin satisfactorarily. No indication as to scanning progress or even if working at all. This needs a progress bar to show that at least something is happening. I feel I am in the wilderness without a compass. No movement inside cabinet although lights are on. Looks like others have the same problem.
