I am trying to contact support to process my refund, but my email address is blocked by your system.

Do have details about the blocked message?

Normally the line contains 550.X.XXX or 552.#.###### which elaborates on the actual issue.

I would be willing to help you address the email delivery issue (I am a forum member, not staff), not the refund.

Have you been to the Cancel your Pro-Order page?

You can post the text from the Non-Delivery Report here and I’ll gladly try and help, but you’ll likely want to obfuscate your e-mail address and any other personally-identifiable information.
