So sent a few emails to support about upgrading my pro 8 days ago and a couple more through out the week and still haven’t heard back. And now I have no shipping date or order history on my account. Worried something happened because I used the wrong card and without hearing back from the team starting to have nightmare scenario where I’m lost in the ether. Help!!
