Support Review

I just wanted to say I posted a reply here about an open lid issue. It was replied to the next day, I replied and I received another reply the following day. It was determined my machine needs to be returned. Support f/u and my new (refurb) machine is packed and ready to send. I will pack my current machine and send back.
I see so many complaints about support on here, I wanted to commend them on the timeliness and help getting this corrected. I know times are stressful but I appreciate the cordial and speed of resolving my issue. I have to wait to get it, and I’m missing it because I’m really enjoying using it, however, it’s taking no more time than any other mechanical return I would have to do.
