Svg file not working

What other file can be used to cut other then svg?
I have a file im working on but when i save it as a svg it screws it all up and i only get part of the file. Can any one let me know what im doing wrong.

The Glowforge also recognizes pdf files. Maybe share your file and explain in a little more detail what is not working out for you.

Try using a different browser like google or Firefox and see if that helps.

Oh no! I’m sorry you’ve hit a snag. Glowforge is compatible with JPG , PNG , SVG , PDF , and other file formats. You can create Glowforge-compatible files from a variety of different software platforms like Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Autodesk 360, & Sketchup. If you feel comfortable, you can share your SVG file with us here to investigate further. If not, feel free to email it to support@glowforge.com and we’d be happy to take a look.
