I cut most of a file yesterday and went back to finish it and now am betting an error message that the file type is not readable? it is an svg file and I cut it last year also for Easter.
I’m not sure what changed but for troubleshooting, I would go through all of the possibilities to rule everything out. Are you reuploading it and it’s not working or are you going to the design in your dashboard that you already loaded and printed? Whichever one you are doing I would try the other.
If that doesn’t work, I would restart all of the things you are using (including your computer or whatever device you are using for the Glowforge dashboard) and try again. I would try a different browser and any other possible things you can change to troubleshoot. If you do all of these things and it’s still not working, then you can try uploading your file here if you want, and ask for someone else to try and/or check the file and maybe someone can provide more advice or insight.
