I am not having any luck looking at this in Inkscape. Can you zip the file and upload again?
Are you using Inkscape? If so, it will not process text as such, turn it into lines and all will be well.

You need to assign a stroke color to your cut lines - right now they have no stroke and so they won’t process.
Also, rotate the whole thing 90° or it’s not going to fit on the board. You have a height limit of about 10.95 inches, and that is 11.99 inches tall.
