On December 3rd, 2020 between 11:00pm and 11:30pm(Pacific), we will be performing maintenance on glowforge.com. During this time, some customers may experience intermittent problems interacting with the app, including stale bed images. These customers may need to refresh their browser window, or click ‘Refresh bed image’ in the app under the 3 dot menu.
