If you are a teacher or work for a child care facility or preschool or nonprofit, you must check out Naeir.org. Teachers get a free membership for their first year. They have tons of paints, brushes, and all kinds of craft materials that are donated to them. They are provided free to teachers and have a small handling fee. Most of them are free shipping. I was able to purchase nearly $1000 of paints, brushes, and all kinds of other craft materials and just paid a small handling charge. Look on the site for the teacher memberships.
