Hi all…the teal button started glowing. I thought it was WiFi related but WiFi is working throughout, works on other electronics, I’ve turned on and off, unplugged and plugged back in. I can’t reset bc the button never blinks no matter how long I hold or don’t hold it down. Any suggestions
To the best of my knowledge, it’s not meant to blink.
If it’s steady teal, it is broadcasting its own SSID for you to connect to for the setup process.
The blinking would be to complete a reset which I tried.
That should never be performed without express direction from support. It will delete all logs that support can use to diagnose an issue, but it also has the slight potential to completely brick the machine.
