Tech support response time

Just wondering how long it takes for GF to respond!
I got an auto email 3 hours ago. I was hoping someone would have responded by now. I know it’s Saturday, but I would like to get the machine back up and running.

I already did that. Tried everything suggested, but nothing is working. I just hate to be down for the whole weekend.

Helps their response time when you just have a single post or email. When creating multiple posts in P&S as well as emailing they first have to go though all of these to combine the multiple tickets into one before proceeding.
