That would be the key to your issues, Without that all those problems would be expected even without another issue. I see someone gave you the link. these days it is basic to setting up for the first time.

Based on the results of your print, your Glowforge appears to be performing better after the Camera Recalibrator. However, does the same alignment trouble occur if you utilize Set Focus during the print?
