As the resident librarian here, I say no shushing! Keep the posts coming!

(And I don’t actually shush people at work. I like happy noise. :grinning:)

Wow, this one seems a bit aggressive, being covered in blood and all. Who are you selling these to? But they all look really amazing!

You are on a roll! Don’t stop!
Did you emboss the leather’s pattern and that line around the edge?

When I was an 9 yo kid, I found book in the library on leather braiding. With my wild imagination, I got as far as making a 12-way round plait, with intent to create my own bull-whip !
Cutting my own thong, going round in circles, was a rewarding revelation. The dawning of the realisation that you could create something completely different in appearance to your starting material was probably what started me on a life of fitting fingers to brain.
I think that was probably the last time I worked in leather, so perhaps it’s time I had another go.

Most gruesomely excellent!
I’ve had my lasers for over 18 years and have never cut leather…nor done any type of leatherwork, however my family loves medieval fairs and I’ve done costuming for several years…Ive been able to find most of what I needed at goodwill and modified it, but
y’all are really tempting me to start doing my own leather stuff…lol
