The green light isn’t coming on

I just got my Glowforge set up and the green light isn’t coming on. Can’t even connect it to WiFi. I’m so disappointed

Did you run through the setup? If so, you should be connected through your WiFi, and you will not see the green light again. You can log into app.glowforge.com on your computer to run the machine.

It might help to press and hold the white button on the printer until it turns green. (About 10-14 seconds).
