Been dealing with this since about the second week after plugging in my Pro. I paid for the machine outright and I pay the premium monthly fee. There’s no way I’m paying for shipping for this absolute lemon. Make it right guys.
Do you use magnets to hold down your material? And have you cleaned your air assist fan recently?
No on the magnets. Yes on cleaning BOTH fans. I’m just getting tired of this unreliable machine. I can’t accept jobs that I can’t complete. Don’t know what to do. I won’t buy another Glowforge. Their weird request to keep all the packaging and giving little support? Not cool.
