Rarely does this printer work and rarely are you corresponding with someone who is not just sending a copy and pasted message. For a $6k printer and the way they market their product, definitely expected much more…or at least for it to work.

As with most tools there is a bit of a learning curve. If you describe the issues you are having perhaps someone here can give you some suggestions to try. There is also a very good search at the top right and thousands of people have posted helpful advice to it.
