As to the small town I can relate. We are a small island and for whatever reason (seatbelts, speed, DUI) almost all of our vehicular fatalities are ejections/rollovers.
I also live on an island! I’m not sure if you have access to a Walmart, but this is what I’ve bought in the past:

Hopefully it’s not the Big Island, just heard about Mount Kilauea erupting. Prayers and best wishes for all.
As to Walmart, while I live on the “Big” Island (82sq miles) we don’t rate, just Kmart and they’ve been sliding downhill since Sears went under. And we have an OfficeDepot but as usual its out of stock. There’s always Amazon. Thanks!
