doing small letters. What do most of you do ? I’m using acrylic paint. Do you paint and seal then cut or do you cut them paint then seal ?

Paint/seal/mask/cut.

depends on the effect you want. edges blackened or edges painted?

I cut then paint to be sure that it’s perfect
But remember the kerf… Paint actually HAS a thickness…

I definitely check the thickness prior to cutting. I hated painting that small stuff but at the very end an idea came up why not use paint markers? It worked but I think I’ll paint then cut when it comes to this again. Thanks for the input
