Hopefully someone has an idea. I’m desperate, trying to finish a huge set of centerpieces for my daughters’ party. This morning I loaded in a sheet of medium draftboard, and the image does not load in app.glowforge.com. Not only that, the refresh bed option is disabled. I even set the material manually, but print stayed disabled. The machine calibrates, and seems find otherwise. No clue.
Update: after trying restarting a few times, nothing was working. Then I shut it down, THEN reloaded app.glowforge.com and it showed offline, but the photo was there. Then when it came back everything was fine. So strange.

Mine did this yesterday. A refresh of the app fixed mine.
Also sometimes the camera won’t update until you enter a material thickness. Maybe not your issue here but something to keep in mind.
