Hi! FINALLY got our 4th replacement machine in a 10th month period. Got it all hooked up and ready to go and now it sounds like I’m standing next to a jet taking off because for some reason on the GLOWFORGE software the “Glowforge air filter attached” toggle is gray and we aren’t able to click it on. We haven’t been listed as the OWNER of this machine but just a User. Please fix this. I have a headache from all the noise and all the grief I’ve experienced with this company. Sigh
