About a month ago I started getting ash on my wood. I posted the video in a Facebook group and the guy that responded said it looks like it might be an issue with my air assist on my laser head. I actually made a post earlier today about getting a pot of flare ups during cutting. Here’s the video of it cutting. I also have one of it engraving. He said he thinks it might be dangerous if my air assist isn’t working properly. Figured I needed to contact support if this might be dangerous. IMG_1571|video
Your video doesn’t show much in the way of flame or ash as far as I can tell from the 7 seconds. The obvious question is, are all of the fans clean? Did you remove the air assist fan and clean the backside as well?
