Too cold warning but not too cool actually

Support has said there is a problem with your specific machine. Other Pros have not had this issue. Mine does not. I was just speculating for my own entertainment. I like puzzles.

I highly doubt any replacement machine will have the same problem.

Oh I misunderstood. I thought you meant there was something in pros that go wrong. Thank you for you input- They are sending me and new machine and I can’t wait to start using it again!
