When I put this on Glowforge the system does not want to upload it into the cutting area. What I’m I doing wrong that it does not recognize it. I saved it in inkscape and svg file.

Your design is not in the workspace. In your design program there should be a rectangular area showing where the page is. You need to place your design within that area for it to show when you load it.
In the Glowforge app, try doing CTRL-A to select all, then zoom out until you see the selection, and move it over into the workspace.

And in the future, when you design in Inkscape, be sure to use an artboard size of 20" x 12" (or the equivalent in mm), and make sure your item is within that space. Then you won’t have this problem.
