We’ve had the Glowforge since 2/10/20 and have run 30 hours or less on the laser to find that a wheel has broken. Looks like it’s a common problem and I’m curious if this is typically resolved timely?
It seems Glowforge got a bad batch of these wheels as you are not alone in having this happen. They will send you new wheels.
