I am either connected to glowforge with no internet or connected to internet via wifi with laptop. What do I need to do?
No. I am getting a “device error.”
I followed the directions. Selected the network, put in the pass or key and waited. Then I got a something went wrong “device error” message.
You have either emailed support or posted a thread in Problems and Support? The community can try and help you here, but I think you may be best off contacting glowforge support directly.
The video above helped. After shutting everything down and restarting a couple of times, it worked.
