Thanks for the help, I finally had tome to get it working. Last week I changed my encryption, at first it still would not connect but now it works fine.

I finally had time to try again. Now it is working fine.
I’m not sure if it just took time to adjust to the changes on the network.
My only issue now is that it seems to be stuck calibrating. I don’t see it moving or making any noise.

I took a look at the logs for your unit and it appears you were in Wi-Fi setup mode, which prevented your Glowforge from calibrating.
I see you’ve been up and printing since, so I’m going to close this ticket.
