Hello! My glowforge stopped forging, and I mailed it back for repairs. Now I have received it again and I am, setting it up. I have a teal button, and I am following all the instructions in setup.glowforge.com. I connected it to the wifi signal the GF is putting out, but nothing is happening after that. Hitting NEXT says I have no internet (because I am attached to the GF). Instructions say the print head will center and begin calibrating. Nope. Just sitting there Teal.
I’m so sorry you ran into trouble during setup. It looks like your Glowforge is connected and you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!
Could you please let me know if you’re still experiencing any problems?
Try… reseting the wireless GF system by pressing and holding the button for approx 10 seconds or until it lights up again. Then try following the setup again. Good luck.
