Im trying to order but at the checkout I’m getting the message “We are unable to calculate shipping rates for the selected items”
Are you located in the US or International?
As of the last update they said they were working on enabling the materials shop to be opened up to International customers but it hadn’t been completed yet.
Difficulty is, from what I understand, that the hangup also applies to digital goods from the catalog where no shipping will occur.
There’s another problem posted here that says you can get past it by lying and saying you’re in the US, but the poster was worried that might cause some other problem for Glowforge.
It’s not clear, yet, that Glowforge is aware and working on that problem.
Thanks @jbmanning5, that’s right. Our shop and catalog aren’t currently open to International orders, but we are working on it!
