My GF pro is not working!! The tube is not lit ( firing) . I have cleaned it thoroughly and did all the troubleshooting. I have 31 customer orders to fuilfil in the next few weeks. How can I get a warranty replacement.
I sent them 3 emails… will try to call them Monday am.
Glowforge does not provide phone support.
