Hi all!!
Love my glowforge, have had it for 2 years. recently the printer started getting a “bump error” despite nothing bumping it. Customer service has been abysmal with helping me over the past few weeks. well rather - not helping me.
I could force through prints by hitting the “not bumped” continue button, but started getting a yellow overheat light. I told customer service and they have not replied in a few days now. I tried printing today and the machine will not cut at all. I checked the power and it is on high. Tried multiple prints. The tube just wont light up. Is my baby dead? Is there anything I can do? It is too expensive for me to replace :C.
