UI design renders and then goes back to dashboard

Hello!

I had made some “medium plywood monarch butterfly earrings” from the UI catalog. I had changed the size of the larger ones but after I printed them I realized I had not mirrored one of the sets. I hit reset the design without thinking and panicked as I had forgotten I had adjusted the size and I wanted to make sure they were the exact same size when I reprinted…well my silly butt because I had panicked hit the undo button several times hoping it would help…it obviously didn’t and now I can’t get the design to go into my dashboard, I click design and it says “rendering my design” but it stays there for a good 20 secs and then goes back to the main design page. I REALLY love this file but I can’t load it! Please help.

First I’d exit out of everything and clear the cache in your browser (or try a completely different browser).
If that doesn’t work you’ll need to reach out to Support by phone (7 days a week 8-3 pacific) and they can clear the error on the back end.

Thank you for your response!!! I did all of that, it didn’t work. I am currently on the phone with Glowforge, I hope they can fix it!
