Im in Canada and trying to buy a design from the Catalog but I’m getting the message “We are unable to calculate shipping rates for the selected items” at checkout.
The design is not a shippable item, so I don’t understand why I’m getting this error.
So far as I last heard, international ordering isn’t yet available for international addresses on either Proofgrade or Catalog purchases.
Thanks for reaching out, I’m sorry for the trouble. @jbmanning5 is correct. We’re working hard to enable the Materials Shop and Design Catalog for our international customers, but we’re not quite there yet.
