I am still having issues getting this to cut reliably. I am not concentrating on the focus. It is cutting shallow and requiring multiple passes when it shouldn’t. Now it is just sitting there ticking away trying to focus and it’s been about 10 minutes.
Is it possible that the lens can get jammed inside the head so that the stepper doesn’t move it any more? I keep looking at it and it comes out pretty easily. Or maybe something else is preventing the lens from moving?
Can you purchase a glowforge head by itself?
