Unable to invite new user

Hi!

I am trying to add a friend to my Glowforge, however after hitting “send” on the invite page, it seems to be stuck on “sending”. I’ve attached an image. My friend never receives an invite email. Any ideas? Has anyone else encountered this?

Just a head’s up: If I add a new user and they click on the link in the email, but do not register at that time, the link seems to expire so they can’t register later. If I add them again in an attempt to generate a new email/link, nothing happens (i.e. no email is sent). And there doesn’t seem to be a way to cancel the invitation.

They basically act like they signed up and request their password.

Also, if you try inviting any additional users, the invite should reach them. I’m going to close this thread, but if you notice anything else, or have other questions, feel free to start a new topic or reach out to support@glowforge.com
