Since the early April 2020 update, I’m unable to right click my entire design and duplicate it. The “duplicate” choice is not there any longer. Maybe I’m missing something…??
Do you mean in the GF user interface? PC or Mac? I’ve never been able to do that on a PC, as I recall, I just select the design by left clicking on it, press CTL-c to copy it, then press CTL-v to paste it. You can do more cntl-v’s to paste as many copies as you like

There has never been a “duplicate” option.
There is (and always has been) a “Make a copy” option, which opens a copy in the workspace. It has never worked by right-clicking, however. You have to click the “v” at the top of the design thumbnail.
